Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

 

Abdullah Al Mamun reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product or service offerings, without prior notice.

Due to the nature of our business, payment is for services and digital products at times; we do not offer refunds after work has already been started because digital products or services are non-returnable. You will get your purchased service, which will vary in nature.

 

REFUND

The client can cancel the contract on a few conditions, which will depend on the requirements of the services; a refund will not be provided if the contract is canceled without any prior notice. No prorated refunds will be given in this case, while future billing will be discontinued.

  • A refund will not be applicable if the client disapproves of our (Abdullah Al Mamun) suggestions and recommendations for certain changes, including, but not limited to, changing the conditions of the services.
  • A refund will not apply if the client hires another high-risk merchant account provider company or consultancy firm within the contractual period or performs account development in parallel.
  • A refund will not be applicable if the client does not provide the required access to the necessary information on time for account approval purposes. It must be provided on time; not a single-day delay is allowed.
  • No payment will be refunded once the client approves our suggestions or proposed model and the project moves on to the progressing phase.

We offer no refunds on deposits or payments for inactive projects that have been abandoned or laid dormant for over a month.

We issue product refunds within 7–10 days of the original purchase. If you receive defective or damaged products or any kind of miscommunication from us, please inform us at hello@abdullahalmamun.comYou may purchase any third-party service through our site, but remember, in that case, we won’t carry any liability for that service. It may take a maximum of 30 days to process the request for a refund.

 

Cancellation Refunds:

  • Full or partial refunds will be issued (case-by-case basis) for consultancy service cancellations made within the notice period. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment.
  • Full refunds will be issued for webinar cancellations within the notice period. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the webinar will not be refunded.
  • Full or partial refunds will be issued (case-by-case basis) for physical seminar cancellations within the notice period. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop will not receive a refund.

 

EXCEPTIONS 

The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:

* Adverts used for Paid campaign

  • Content published on the website
  • Video content used for Website or Service promotion

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below. We will discuss and, if the conditions are met, may replace the product with a new one. If any mistake happens from your side, please contact our support.
