Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy applies to all services provided by Abdullah Al Mamun, including consultancy, webinars, workshops, and other related services focusing on international legal structure, company formation, ITIN, E-Commerce, High-Risk merchants, and payment gateways. Our policy ensures a clear, fair, and transparent process for cancellations.

Consultancy Services

Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Refund Policy: Full or partial refunds will be issued (case-by-case basis) for cancellations made within the notice period. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment.

Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled once, free of charge, if requested within the notice period. Subsequent rescheduling will incur a fee of an additional 10-30% of the service fee. 

Webinars

Notice Period: Participants must cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled webinar date.

Refund Policy: Full refunds will be issued for cancellations within the notice period. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the webinar will not be refunded. In that case, a recorded version will be provided to the participant. Which will only be available for 7 days.

No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for no-shows on the day of the webinar. A recorded version, which will be accessible only for 7 days, will be provided.

Physical Seminars

Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop.

Refund Policy: Full or partial refunds will be issued (case-by-case basis) for cancellations within the notice period. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop will not receive a refund.

Rescheduling: There’s no rescheduling process for this service.

General Terms

Extenuating Circumstances: In cases of severe illness, family emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, special considerations for refunds or rescheduling will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Time: We issue refunds within 7–10 days of the original purchase. It may take a maximum of 30 days to process the request for a refund.

Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

Amendment

Abdullah Al Mamun reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
